We spent a few days in Santiago before we board the Regent Seven Seas Explorer to Antarctica. It is February but that is the end of summer here in South America so beautiful weather. I loved the rooftop pool, restaurant and bar at my hotel!
A fun day of exploring beautiful Santiago. It’s a very European style city and has great food!
Talking about food….I had the most amazing sea urchin here and served so differently than I have ever had it, delicious!!
A trip to wine country was next, I wasn’t prepared for the foggy, chilly weather coming from Santiago in the 90’s! But we had a wonderful tasting experience.
